SyncUp is intended only for users who are at least 21 years old.
Users should not share someone else's location, check-in, plans, or nightlife activity without consent.
Unsafe drinking, drinking and driving encouragement, illegal drug sales, threats, and harassment are prohibited.
Reports and moderation actions support platform integrity, venue trust, and user safety.
SyncUp's policies describe public, private, friends-only, custom, and invitee-only visibility expectations. Email address, date of birth, gender, home address, ZIP code, saved home or discovery coordinates, account identifiers, and security logs are treated as private or operational data.
Privacy PolicySafety on SyncUp is practical: age boundaries, consent, reporting, venue authenticity, and a clear emergency line.
SyncUp is built for adults who are at least 21 years old. Users may not involve minors in SyncUp activity, unsafe nightlife contexts, alcohol-related activity, or venue plans.
Check-ins, plans, friend activity, and venue presence should match user intent. Users control visibility settings and should not share another person's location, check-in, or plan without consent.
Users can report profiles, events, plans, comments, messages, check-ins, and other content in the app. SyncUp may review reports, investigate abuse, remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, or ban accounts.
Official venue activity should come from authorized accounts. Verified venue pages and official events help guests distinguish house-run activity from user-created plans.
SyncUp is not an emergency service. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first.
Reports help SyncUp protect users, venues, and platform integrity. Child-safety concerns can also be sent directly to support.
Harassment, unsafe behavior, fake venue claims, unwanted location sharing, illegal activity, child-safety concerns, impersonation, and abusive content.
Relevant content, account activity, report context, moderation history, venue status, and other information needed to protect users, venues, and platform integrity.
Content removal, feature restrictions, warnings, suspensions, bans, evidence preservation, and escalation to legal authorities when required or appropriate.
SyncUp is an adults-only service, but any attempt to exploit, endanger, sexualize, groom, traffic, or target minors is prohibited everywhere in the service.
SyncUp may remove content, permanently ban accounts, preserve evidence, and report suspected child sexual abuse and exploitation, CSAM, grooming, trafficking, or child endangerment to law enforcement, NCMEC, or other appropriate authorities as required or permitted by law.
Safety reports in the app go to the same review path as email reports. If anyone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first.
