Account deletion

Delete your SyncUp account.

SyncUp Technologies LLC lets SyncUp users request account deletion and associated data deletion from inside the app or from this web page.

Request deletion on the web

Email privacy@syncuptechnologies.com with the subject "SyncUp Account Deletion Request" from the email address tied to your SyncUp account. If you cannot email from that address, include the account email or phone number so we can verify ownership before processing the request.

Delete from inside SyncUp

Open the SyncUp app and go to Settings, Account, Delete Account. You can also open Settings, Help & Support, Delete Account. The in-app flow requires re-authentication, explains the consequences, and asks you to type DELETE before submitting.

What happens next

Deletion requests may take up to 48 hours to finish backend processing. Profile and private account data are deleted or anonymized; limited safety, legal, moderation, or abuse-prevention records may be retained when necessary.
